You may be eligible for a fully funded Exercise Physiology care plan!

If you have a Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Health Card – All Conditions (Gold) or Totally & Permanently Incapacitated (Gold), DVA will pay for exercise physiology services available through DVA arrangements to meet your clinical needs. 

Specific Conditions (White Card), DVA will pay for exercise physiology services provided under DVA arrangements, if they are required because of an accepted war or service caused injury or disease

How To Get Access To This Service?

You must obtain a D904 referral

1. Local Medical Officer (LMO) 2. General Practitioner
3. Medical Specialist
4. Current Exercise Physiologist

What Will Happen?

At the start of the consultation present your card, relevant medical documents and referral to the Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). The AEP will perform clinical assessments for the prescribed condition taking in to consideration present associated treatments and the clinical need for exercise physiology. A tailored care plan will be created and be discussed with you.
